Privacy Policy
Always Yes is built to know as little about you as technically possible. We don't collect your identity, and we don't store your conversations. If anyone — including law enforcement — asks us to reveal who you are or what you did, there is nothing for us to give, because we never had it.
We can't identify you
There is no name, email, phone number, card, or bank account attached to your use of Always Yes. You sign in with an anonymous account key — a random secret that is the only credential — and you pay in cryptocurrency. We never ask who you are, so we never know. We cannot see your identity because it was never collected.
If law enforcement asks
We will respond to valid legal requests — but we can only ever provide what we actually hold, and we deliberately hold almost nothing. We have no conversation history to produce and no identity to reveal, because we never store the first and never collect the second. You cannot be exposed through data that does not exist.
The only records that exist are an anonymous account balance and the on-chain references for your crypto top-ups. Note that cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains outside our control — choose your coin and wallet accordingly (privacy coins such as Monero leave the least trace).
What we do not keep
- Your prompts and outputs are not stored. We do not retain a history of your conversations. Once a request is served, the content is gone.
- We do not train on your data. Nothing you send is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model.
- We do not sell your data. Ever. There is no advertising and no data brokering.
What we do collect
- An anonymous account. Your account is a random key with a prepaid balance — no name, no email, no password, no card, no bank. The key is the only credential, and it ties to nothing about you.
- Operational metadata. To bill usage and prevent abuse, we process limited request metadata (such as token counts, timestamps, and your API key). This is metadata, not the content of your conversations.
- Security. Like any service, our infrastructure processes connection information transiently to keep the service secure and available.
Abuse prevention
To keep the service — and your account — safe and lawful, requests may pass a real-time, automated safety check. This check is ephemeral and is not stored as a conversation log. It exists to block clearly illegal use (see our Disclaimer), not to monitor your legitimate work.
Cookies
The website uses only what's necessary to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Conversation content is not retained. Minimal account and billing records are kept only as long as needed to operate your account and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
